Terms & Conditions for Business English Courses
1. Enrollment and Payment
1.1 Course Registration: Students must complete the registration form and provide all required information to enroll in a course. Enrollment is confirmed only upon full payment of the course fees.
1.2 Payment Terms: Full payment is required before the start of the course. Payment can be made via bank transfer, or PayPal.
1.3 Refund Policy:
- Before Course Start: Students may cancel their enrollment up to 10 days before the course start date for a full refund.
- After Course Start: No refunds will be provided after the course has begun. In exceptional circumstances, partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of the school.
1.4 Late Payments: Failure to pay the full course fees by the due date may result in the cancellation of the student’s enrollment.
2. Course Delivery
2.1 Course Structure: The school will provide a syllabus outlining the course content, learning objectives, and schedule. The course will delivered through, online sessions.
2.2 Class Attendance: Regular attendance is required. Students are expected to attend at least 75% of the scheduled classes to receive a certificate of completion.
2.3 Course Materials: The school will provide necessary course materials, either digitally or in print. Students are responsible for acquiring any additional materials specified by the instructor.
3. Student Conduct
3.1 Behavior: Students are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow students. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal from the course without a refund.
3.2 Academic Integrity: Students must complete their own work and avoid plagiarism. Any breach of academic integrity may result in disciplinary action.
3.3 Use of School Resources: Students must use school resources, including online platforms and physical materials, responsibly and in accordance with the school’s policies.
4. Course Completion
4.1 Assessment: Students will be assessed through exams, assignments, or other methods as outlined in the course syllabus.
4.2 Certificates: Upon successful completion of the course and meeting all requirements, students will receive a certificate of completion if required by their employer.
4.3 Failed Courses: If a student fails to meet the requirements for course completion, they may re-enroll in a future session at a discounted rate, subject to availability.
5. Cancellations and Rescheduling
5.1 School Cancellations: The school reserves the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to another course.
6. Liability
6.1 Force Majeure: The school is not responsible for delays or cancellations due to events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, or other emergencies.
7. Privacy Policy
7.1 Personal Data: The school will collect and use students' personal data solely for the purpose of course administration and will comply with all relevant data protection laws.
7.2 Data Sharing: Personal data will not be shared with third parties without the student’s consent, except as required by law.
8. Governing Law
8.1 Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes arising from the terms and conditions shall be resolved in the courts of England.
9. Amendments
9.1 Changes to Terms: The school reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to students and will take effect immediately.
